TAPAS activiteiten januari tot en met april 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ondertussen zaten we weer niet stil.<\/p>\n

We mochten weer enkele studenten ergotherapie begeleiden in onze diverse samenwerkingsprojecten.<\/p>\n

Studente Hannelore deed een 4 weken stage in het Fedasil centrum Klein Kasteeltje te Brussel.<\/p>\n

Studentes Emma en Eleonore gaven 5 dinsdagnamiddagen activiteiten aan de kinderen van het asielcentrum Klein Kasteeltje, en dit in het kader van hun Leeracties.<\/p>\n

Als toemaatje kregen ze bij aanvang van hun stage\u00a0 ook een beeld van de wantoestanden aan het Klein kasteeltje wegens een schrijnend gebrek aan opvangplaatsen hier in Belgi\u00eb. (zie foto van de tentjes op de Brug)<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, we were not sitting still again.<\/em><\/p>\n

We were once again allowed to guide some students of occupational therapy in our various collaborative projects.<\/em><\/p>\n

Student Hannelore did a 4 week internship in the Fedasil center Klein Kasteeltje in Brussels.<\/em><\/p>\n

Students Emma and Eleonore gave activities to the children of the Klein Kasteeltje asylum center on 5 Tuesday afternoons, as part of their Learning campaigns.<\/em><\/p>\n

As an added bonus, at the start of their internship they also got a picture of the abuses at the Klein Kasteeltje due to a distressing lack of reception places here in Belgium. (see photo of the tents on the Bridge) <\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Studente ergotherapie Loubna draaide 8 weken actief mee in het centrum voor dak- en thuislozen Doucheflux te Anderlecht.<\/p>\n

Ook dit jaar kon ik een tour doen met mijn gastcollege \u201cergotherapie bij vluchtelingen en daklozen\u201d. Ik werd uitgenodigd door Hogeschool Odisee-Brussel, Hogeschool Artevelde-Gent, Hogeschool VIVES-Brugge<\/strong> en het schakeljaar van de masteropleiding ergotherapeutische wetenschappen KULeuven.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Occupational therapy student Loubna actively participated for 8 weeks in the center for homeless people, Doucheflux in Anderlecht.<\/em><\/p>\n

Also this year I was able to do a tour with my guest lecture \u201coccupational therapy for refugees and the homeless\u201d. I was invited by Hogeschool Odisee-Brussels, Hogeschool Artevelde-Ghent, Hogeschool VIVES-Brugge and the transition year of the master’s program in occupational therapy sciences KULeuven.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Ik neem terug het promotorschap op van bachelorproeven van Loubna (Odisee hogeschool) en Davinia en Patryck (twee studenten van de hogeschool HOWEST-Kortrijk<\/strong> die momenteel stage lopen in Fedasil Poelkapelle).<\/p>\n

Na het paasverlof start Celine (student ergotherapie Odisee Brussel) met een stage onder onze begeleiding in het Fedasil centrum in Machelen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am taking up the role of supervisor again for bachelor’s theses by Loubna (Odisee university of applied sciences) and Davinia and Patryck (two students of HOWEST-Kortrijk university of applied sciences who are currently doing an internship at Fedasil Poelkapelle).<\/em><\/p>\n

After Easter leave, Celine (occupational therapy student Odisee Brussels) will start an internship under our supervision at the Fedasil center in Machelen.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Een speciaal woord van dank gaat naar de kinderen van Vrije Basisschool De Twijg Wijgmaal Belgi\u00eb, die ook dit jaar hun vastenvoettocht hielden om 3 van onze TAPAS projecten financieel te ondersteunen. Het gaat over het \u201cCommunidad Educativa de la Vida\u201d In Cochabamba-Tiquipaya- Bolivia, \u201cEscuela de Cristal\u201c in Esteli-Nicaragua, \u00a0\u201cCaleb center for Autistic children\u201d Kabwe-Zambia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A special word of thanks goes to the children of Vrije Basisschool De Twijg Wijgmaal Belgium who also held their fasting foot trip this year to financially support 3 of our TAPAS projects. It is about the \u201cCommunidad Educativa de la Vida\u201d In Cochabamba-Tiquipaya-Bolivia, \u201cEscuela de Cristal\u201c in Esteli-Nicaragua, \u201cCaleb center for Autistic children\u201d Kabwe-Zambia.<\/em><\/p>\n

Op 8 mei geven we graag weer informatie Op de \u201cErgotherapy goes international\u201d-beurs aan de Odisee Hogeschool . Hier hopen we terug heel wat nieuwe ge\u00efnteresseerde kandidaat studenten te kunnen engageren voor onze projecten in het komende academiejaar.<\/p>\n
